Refund policy

All sales are final. Every Hia Elegant abaya is made to order, so once an order is paid we can't accept returns or exchanges. This includes tailored pieces.

Missed deliveries

When your order is out for delivery, our delivery partner will contact you. If the order can't be delivered because you weren't available, we refund 50% of the order total.

Before you order

Please check the size guide and the color guide. If you're unsure about a size or a shade, message us on WhatsApp. We confirm your colors and size with you on WhatsApp before we start making your abaya.
